Growing up as an athlete and competing in a variety of sports, as well as studying human anatomy, has given Johnny the knowledge and expertise of what our bodies are physically capable of.
Johnny has over 10 years experience, training various clients. He specializes in post rehab conditions, as well as injury prevention, golf conditioning, muscular imbalances, and general fitness. He’s committed to his client’s success and will provide the necessary tools to achieve your goals.
