All of our trainers are qualified, experienced, and able to provide motivation and support while emulating a full and proper understanding of the Concepts of Adaptation & Progressive Overload. All trainer costs are above and beyond all memberships and drop-in fees. However, you will have access to the Riverside Club facilities for the duration of your session with one of our personal trainers.
