6:00AM – 10:00PM Monday to Thursday
6:00AM – 8:30PM on Fridays

Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a complimentary 7-day fitness trial (one time only).

We accept all Credit Card, Cheques, Cash and offer Monthly Pre Authorized Payments plans.

Are there any specific age restrictions or requirements for becoming a member at the Riverside Club?
We are an adult facility (18+ yrs old). Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
What types of fitness equipment and amenities does the Riverside Club offer? Are there any specialized areas or equipment for specific activities such as weightlifting, cardio, or group classes?
We offer a full-service co-ed gym and women’s wellness centre, two indoor tennis courts, saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, and drop in fitness classes.
Do you have locker rooms, showers, and changing facilities available for members and guests?
Members and guests have access to the locker rooms, showers, steam rooms, hot tub and swimming pool along with our other amenities.
Are there any initiation fees or additional charges apart from the membership cost?
purchasing a membership, there is an additional $20.00 key fob deposit which is refundable when the fob is returned.
Are there any discounts or promotions available for students, seniors, or other specific groups?
Seniors, students, and families of two or more joining together get 10% off.
Can gym members bring guests with them, and if so, what are the guest policies and fees?
Members can bring a guest on the guest pass or pay a drop-in fee. Visit our membership page for drop-in fee rates.

What are the operating hours for the indoor tennis facility?
Courts open at 7:00 am and close at the time the club closes (see club hours).
Are there any membership options available for regular indoor tennis players?

Are there any coaching or training programs available for players of different skill levels?
We have a tennis pro offering individual or group lessons. Visit our tennis page for more information.
Are tennis rackets and balls provided, or do players need to bring their own equipment?
Players must bring their own equipment.
Are there any specific dress code requirements for playing indoor tennis?
Clean and proper footwear must be worn on the courts, shirts must be worn at all times.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of players allowed on the court at a time?
4 players maximum at one time.
Are there any additional amenities available, such as showers and changing rooms?
Yes, the locker rooms are included in membership and drop-in fees for adults.
Are there any organized tournaments, leagues, or social events for players to participate in?
We offer two leagues per week on Monday and Thursday evenings.
Do you offer swimming lessons for beginners or individuals looking to improve their swimming technique?
We have a swim instructor that can be hired for private lessons.
What are the pool temperature and water quality standards maintained in the indoor swimming pool?
The pool temperature is around 30 degrees.
Is there a lifeguard on duty during all pool hours?
No, there is no lifeguard on duty.
Are locker rooms and showers available for swimmers to use? Are there any additional charges for their usage?
These are included in the membership fees or drop-in fees.
What certifications and qualifications do your personal trainers have?
All our personal trainers are certified trainers. You can read their individual bios on our personal training page.
What is the cost of personal training sessions, and do you offer package deals or discounts for multiple sessions?
The cost of training varies per trainer, this can be discussed directly with the trainer.
Are personal training sessions included in gym memberships?
Personal training is not included in memberships.
What types of group fitness classes do you offer at your facility?

Are the group fitness classes suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners?
We have a variety of classes that range from gentle to moderate. Click here to read our class descriptions.
What is the maximum class size for each group fitness session?
Maximum 10 participants when in the fitness studio or pool. Classes held on the tennis courts do not have a maximum number.
Are reservations required for attending group fitness classes, or is it a drop-in format?
Drop-in classes do not require reservations, but it is based on first come first serve.
Can I try a group fitness class before committing to a membership or package?
Yes.
Do you have certified instructors leading the group fitness classes?
All instructors are certified.
Can I sign up for a fitness class as a non-member?
Non-members can pay a drop-in fee for the classes and/or the gym.
Are there any additional fees or charges associated with participating in group fitness classes, or are they included in the membership/package?
Drop-in classes are included in membership, and registered classes are an additional fee for the session.
