Personal Training

Our trainers are committed to helping you reach your true potential. Whether you are training one on one or in a small group, personal training offers variety, education, and safety.

All of our trainers are qualified, experienced, and able to provide motivation and support while emulating a full and proper understanding of the Concepts of Adaptation & Progressive Overload. Each trainer will create a personalized fitness program designed to obtain your goals. For more information about our trainers please contact Vicky Shields.

All trainer costs are above and beyond all memberships and drop-in fees. However, you will have access to the Riverside Club facilities for the duration of your session with one of our personal trainers.

Staying committed and accountable to achieving your goals can be challenging, but the good news is that you don’t have to do it alone. Friday: 6:00AM – 8:30PM
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00AM – 8:30PM
