Brent has a strong commitment in helping his clients reach their physical goals in a safe and supportive environment. His ability to integrate functional sport specific training as well as rehabilitative exercises into his training programs has aided his many clients over the last 16 (plus) years. Outside of the gym environment, he has coached and participated in martial arts, rock climbing, long distance backpacking and triathlons.
His passion for keeping people ‘fit for life’ extends beyond the gym, as he believe a truly healthy life is when there is harmony between body, mind and spirit.
