Getting in shape is an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. Working out shouldn’t be a punishment. I believe in finding the enjoyable side of fitness. While there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the minor discomforts! I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, all with different needs, abilities and goals. I love adapting my programs to each individual and updating the programs of my current clients to keep things fun! I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years, with experience instructing yoga, barre, TRX, cycle and much more. My philosophy is “Becoming is better than being”.
